Counter-Notification
If you believe that the content removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have permission from the copyright holder, their agent, or pursuant to the law to use the content, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes the following information:
- 1. Your physical or electronic signature;
- 2. Identification of the content that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before being taken down;
- 3. A statement asserting that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to an error or misidentification;
- 4. Your name, address, phone number, email address, a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles, and a statement indicating your willingness to accept service from the individual who issued the notification of alleged infringement.
Upon receiving a counter-notice, we may send a copy to the original complainant, informing them that we might restore the removed content or cease disabling it within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files a formal complaint seeking a court order against the content provider or user, we may replace the removed content or restore access within 10 to 14 business days, at our discretion.

As per the DMCA and other relevant laws, we implement a policy to terminate, at our discretion, accounts of users who are identified as repeat infringers. Additionally, we reserve the right to limit access to our Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who violate the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether it constitutes repeat infringement.
